Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your en route jewelry pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place your jewelry in its original branded packaging to ensure items are protected during transit and prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
